NJ's memorable moments
hmm, long time nvr update le.. din know wad to write.. haha.. sure i can always update on outings and stuff.. but somehow it doesn't really appeal to me rite now.. =/
so.. i shall write about 3 of my most
memorable moments in NJC so far. LOL. since my JC1 life is officially over, shall reflect upon my life and see what
wonderful things have happened to me so far. =)
in ascending order,
no.1 : dat time, 1st 3 months, got this thing called "talentime" in NJ. actually i dun plan to go one.. until the day itself during the flag raising, got this acappella group that sang super well! plus weina will be dancing.. so i was considering whether i should go or not.. after sch, i was at bytes playing comp when this weird ACSI guy asked if i want to buy tix.. so i told him i'm still considering and that i'll buy once i decided. LOL. fickle-minded me. anw, he kept pestering me until i dun feel like going already! hmph. so i told him i'm not gg cos i haf no one to go wif.. was expecting him to go away after dat. but no! there was another ACSI guy walking past and the stupid moron just opened his mouth and asked him "eh she got no one to go with.. can go with her?" x_X i was so embarrassed la! i din even know that guy.. he made me sound like one despo girl.. sheesh. feel like murdering him loh.. and from dat day onwards, everytime i see the 2nd ACSI guy, he keeps giving me the face that says "i know you like me but pls stop stalking me". sheesh. -.-"
no.2 : during my 1st 3 months in NJ, i was close to this girl called zhihui. dat day, i was telling her that one of my friends say that this guy (as he walked past us) is very cute. but i don't think so. so decided to ask zhihui's opinion. haha. anw, a few days after dat, after PE, we were going up the stairs at canteen, when that guy and his friends walked past us. then zhihui opened her big fat mouth and said SUPER LOUDLY, "hey ilona! dat's the guy you say is very cute!" oh my gosh!! i could have died of embarrassment!! the guy and his grp of friends looked back and stared at me wif the confused look.. (duh.. he didn't even know me..) sheesh. i was sooo embarrassed to death. and i din even think he was cute. hmph. from dat day onwards, everytime i see them i feel like turning back and walking the other direction! so embarrassed. = /
no.3 : get locked in the canteen's toilet. -.-" okay this happened long ago when the canteen toilet was not renovated yet. i came to sch happily as usual and since it was kinda early, decided to go toilet 1st.. i was alone dat day since stupid SM is late, so we din take the bus together. anw, i went into the last cubicle (the squat one), do wadeva i need to do and then got out. or should i say
tried to get out. when i turned the lock, the door just won't open!! damn it! i almost died of shock! never in my whole life i got stuck inside the toilet before.. sheesh. luckily my hp is wif me.. so i called SM. haha. fortunately she hadn't reached the parade square yet so she came to my rescue. =) she turned the lock from outside using a coin but the door just won't budge. so she called this auntie. the auntie tried to break the door but she just wasn't strong enough.. and after a few tries, she told me that she'll pass a chair in and i can just climb out. i was so horrified!! the door is so tall!! even with a chair, i can never climb out la! so anw, super fortunately for me, this uncle came in and helped me. he banged the door wif his strong shoulder and 'bang' the door broke. YAY! i could finally come out. *phew* i felt so relieved.. haha. anw, the door couldn't be locked for some time after dat (it broke mah) and i shall assume dat it's not my fault! LOL. so moral of the story is.. always bring your hp when you go toilet! you never know when you'll need it. haha..
