angklung practices
wahh, this week is angklung angklung angklung....
had INTENSIVE angklung practice all the way from wed to sat 8.30 to 3.30 everyday (except for sat which ends at 1). well, glad to say that some juniors improve a lot!! hehe.. soo happy to see them blossom! although some are still not there yet... but i'm SURE they'll improve! hee.. (:
but some juniors ar.. sheesh. no effort. sigh. shall not mention names.
okie anw, on sat afternoon, realise that my right thumb is swollennn.. argh.. got this gigantic blue black and i can't even hold a pen and write properly.. boo.. >_< but it got better today. phew~ must be cos too enthu to play the bawah and the rebanas. haha.
for any juniors reading this, if your thumb got no blister/blue black or not pain at all you must reflect okay! that means you never play with all your effort.. tsk tsk.. must improve okay? i'm sure you want to play loudly and play well. jiayou!on a brighter note, i manage to pick up 6 bawah for apachi! hooray! and since got extra angklung so now i can play the 6 bawah. yayness! lucky it's harmoc segment after apachi.. everytime after playing the song my hands will go numb. lol. wonder how joyce can cope playing so many bawahs.. o.O
so until now mugging is still at ground level. haven't excited yet. HOW?! arghhh.
anw, we (the exco) went to sun-tan all our dear angklungs and percussion instruments on sat after practice. it was a really crappppyy experience. here's what happen:
after putting all our instruments in the correct sun-tanning position, we went out for lunch at coro.
came back around 2.30 pm and realise that the main gate is closed.
smiled and asked the auntie to help us open the door.
she said no.
WTH!
she said school gate is closed at one and NO ONE is supposed to enter the school after that.
at this moment, some alumni guys wanted to get out of school and she happily opened door for them.
still can tell us that some people are still playing soccer inside.
so conclusion is it's okie to be in school even after one but you just cannot come in after one.
!!!!!
why so weird one!! sheesh.
so what are we supposed to do?!
leave all our instruments there until monday?!
what if it rains!!
she finally relented and said she can allow ONE measley person in.
so this poor one person has to keep all 200++ angklungs and like 5 percussion instruments all alone?
how ridiculous!!
arguedddd some more (spent a total of around 20 min) and giving us the face, she said 4 can go in.
what's the diff between letting 4 ppl in and 7 ppl in?!

and at around this moment, some construction workers came and wanted to enter the sch.
she happily let them in.
crap her.
so construction workers can come in but
students cannot come in?
what's the world coming to!!! >_<
how can the school prefer alumni and construction workers to its own students?!
oh well. whatever la. we finally managed to come in anw. (with her screaming at us abt how it's our fault if the alarm ever rang and police came.. plus we're gonna have to pay for all these..) and she refused to help us open the gate when we're abt to leave. -.-" nvm lor, we can open ourselves. hahaha. big deal..
no wonder everyone says NJ is a lousy school! sheesh. school rules are incredibly strict and ridiculously unflexible. sigh.
